Winemaking The harvest was all mechanical, performed during at night to take advantage of the cool weather and the first days of March.
Aging Pre-fermentative maceration of 6-8 hours,
then pressed and clarified. The fermentation was at 16°C
and 20% of the volume was aged in oak.
Yellow-greenish, this Chardonnay transmits tropical aromas in the nose, including pineapple, citrus fruits and bananas. In the mouth, it has a full and fresh taste, with mineral notes and acidity pleasantly balanced.
