Winemaking The vineyards of the winery are located in the hills in perfect south-east exposure, between 120 and 200 meters above sea level. The soils are calcareous-clayey, rich in humus and nutrients. Wines are produced sustainably.
Description
Subdued aromas of dill and incense waft out of the glass. The palate is full in feel, with oak tones at the fore and juicy brandied cherry at the core. The tannins show some grit and grip, yet there's plenty of vibrant acidity to balance it out.
