Description
Vibrant ruby red, with ruby reflections, that evidence the color characteristics of the Montepulciano grapes and the young age of this wine. Pleasant and intense aroma of red flowers and sweet red fruits like cherry and strawberry. The wine is delicate and full-bodied but fine and elegant. The young tannin gives a persistent finish. This wine is ideal for salty aperitifs with salumi, cheeses or fried food. We suggest typical Marcheshire appetizers: ciauscolo and olive all'ascolana. Perfect with red meat and white meat dishes as pork, lamb, rabbit or chicken. We suggest: scaloppine with mushrooms or grilled chicken with potatoes. Pasta dishes with red sauces or pizza as well. We suggest: rigatoni all'amatriciana.
