Aging Pre-fermentation maceration for five days, under 7°C, fermented 10 days under 28°C, post fermentation of two weeks, aged 6 months, 50% french oak.
Deep violet in color with hues of blue, this wine opens with waves of blackberries followed by classic chocolate and coffee flavors. Smooth fruit forward, and medium-bodied, it pair beautifully with pasta and also stands up well on its own.
