Winemaking The grapes are harvested by hand, macerated at low temperature to emphasize the primary aromas. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel barrels.
Bright straw yellow in color. On the nose, the wine is fresh and fruity. White peach, citrus (lime and lemon) stand out in the aroma. On the palate, plenty of ripe stone fruit and other fruits, to which citrus adds zest and freshness, quite mineral and with good acidity. The wine is dry and has a lot of fruit and a slightly almond finish. Suitable as an aperitif, especially well with fish dishes and seafood, as well as in richer (creamy) sauces with white meats, vegetables, stronger pasta dishes and e.g. with seafood risotto.
