Aging Tetramythos’ low yielding vines produce fruit of extraordinary quality and concentration and this comes through in this wine, fermented spontaneously and then allowed to spend five months on the lees (dead yeasts). The time spent on the lees as well as some controlled oxidation, add even more texture and complexity.
Description
This certified organic, native yeast fermented wine is made of the unique Greek grape Roditis and hails from the appellation of Patras in Greece. Lean, racy and super energetic, this bottling shows crushed sea salt, wet stone minerality and fresh notes of meyer lemon and pomelo fruit.
