Winemaking Pre-fermenting cold extraction of grape pulp in order to receive the aromatic ingredients found in the skins followed by light pressure in a pneumatic press and extraction by refrigeration. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at temperatures of 15 °-17 ° C, in stainless steel tanks. The new wine remains in contact with the wine sludge for a few weeks in order to enrich the body and its aromatic composition.
Light yellow-green color. Delicate aromas of citrus, orange and orange blossom fruits, with soft notes of herbs. Balanced taste, full and cool, with a pleasant aftertaste with notes of white pepper and pear. Excellent with fish and seafood pasta. It also goes well with white meats, grilled vegetables, salads, cheeses and cold cuts with mild flavors.
