Winemaking After careful sorting of the grapes, the 2 varieties are combined, which includes pre-fermentation cryo-extraction for about 3 days, then alcoholic fermentation at a temperature that does not exceed 25°C, with a total extraction time of around 2 weeks.
Aging Before bottling, the new wine remains for about 3 months in oak barrels.
Deep red color, aromas of ripe red fruits, with hints of herbs, butterscotch and vanilla. Mouthfeel aromatic and complex, with good balance, volume, soft tannins and a long aftertaste. An ideal match for red meats, traditional stuffed but also pasta with meat or tomato, cheese and charcuterie dishes.
