Winemaking Made from day-limestone soils, exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, carefully picked at full maturity before being vinified in our cellars. Maceration for 3 weeks followed by a maturation of 8 months to refine its tannins, part of the cuvee is mature into new oak barriques.
This is a big wine from an exceptional vintage in Bordeaux. The nose is very expressive around red fruits notes, vanilla, and toasted notes from the barriques. Deep dark ruby color, the month is full, very juicy , amazing fruit, and nice oaky finish on toasted notes.
