Winemaking After pressing and de-stemming, the wine is left on the skins for 15-18 days. This is followed by storage and malolactic fermentation.
Aging Aged in barriques for 12 months and steel for 6 months.
A must for Primitivo lovers, what an incredible wine this is! Deep ruby red color, very intense aromas of black cherries and coffee, with hints of tobacco, with a slightly smoky taste. Alcoholic tenor balanced by velvety tannins and freshness with an alcohol content of 16%. It goes perfectly with duck dishes, fillet and pasta with tomato sauce.
