Winemaking wild yeast fermentation. pied de cuve prepared with 10% of the total volume of 2 days earlier. The remaining grapes were destemmed, soft pressed and cold settled. Fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Light straw color. Citrus, apple, and peaches on the tongue. Well balanced and crisp mouth feel.
