Winemaking Vineyards are north-facing slopes and the soils have a high percentage of sand. These plots tend to ripen more slowly. As such, we harvest on average two weeks later than other estates. This results in wines that are more complex, aromatic, and contain less alcohol.
Description
Lychee, citrus blossom, apricot, fresh flowers and hints of mint all give way nice round profile and a beautiful freshness. Nice minerality too. Pairs great with white meats with a mushroom sauce, fish, or hard cheeses.
