Winemaking White vinification with immediate separation of the skins, ferments slowly at a controlled temperature of about 15°C. The second fermentation is obtained with the Charmat method of about 3 months.
Brilliant straw yellow. On the nose, fine and intense, with floral notes of wisteria and hawthorn; it is characterized by the pleasant bouquet of the Malvasia grape. On the palate full, harmonious and full of character, with hints of elderberry expresses the maximum of the typicality of this product.
