Winemaking Beginning of October, manual harvest. Crushing – Fermentation with controlled temperature of 26° C – Average time of maceration: 15 days – Malolactic fermentation in November stainless steel
Aging medium 10 months in tonneaux and Slavonian and French oak, dimension 35 hl, ranging in age from new to 10 years. Minimum 10 months in bottle before to sell.
At the sight it is red with garnet highlights, not so intense, typical of a Nebbiolo in purity. Fruity and ﬂoral reminiscent of raspberries, blueberries and wild strawberries. At the palate it is dry, warm, soft and good tannins. Longevity 15 years.
