Winemaking Single varietal wine, a product of careful clonal process. The fermentation of the must takes place very slowly at low temperatures.
Aging The wine is aged for 5 months in steel containers on a bed of fine lees in order to enhance its varietal characteristics and to provide the wine with more tannin and body.
Description
Beautiful light yellow in the glass. Typical aromas of melon, peach and pepper characterize the bouquet. Dry on the palate with remarkable length and a great kick of freshness.
