Winemaking This elegant rose wine from France is vinified from the Cabernet Franc grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes immediately reach the press house. Here they are selected and carefully ground. This is followed by fermentation in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Ambroisie Rosé d 'Anjou can harmonize further for a few months on the fine yeast.

The Rosé d’Anjou is light in style and easy to drink. Intense pink in colour with bright salmon-colored reflections. Lively, round and fruity. The freshness and energy of the wine balances the semi-sweet character with aromas of raspberry, strawberry, cherry and white peach. A bouquet of summer fruits, ideal for a hot summers day.
